Today was immunization day :( Owen got four shots today; his 2-month regime. I was so sad all day in anticipation of taking him to the pediatrician. Once we got there, I was even more anxious -- scared both of giving him these foreign bodies injected intohim and of hurting him with the shot. As it were, Owen cried out when he got the shots but seems no worse for it now. He, though, has been really sleepy.
His sleepiness can be blamed, in part, on his antics of last night. First he had a tantrum at 11:30 and then again at 4:30 am. His cries both times were so loud that they woke up Scott in the other room (mind you, Scott has slept through every cry Owen has made at night since his birth). I don't know why he was so sad. I thought it was hunger (since he had slept nearly 5 hours) - but it wasn't. I think he was not feeling well; his nose was a bit stuffy.
Despite his rants, he was fine all day today (before the shots). I hope tonight is better. I am exhausted.
Tomorrow morning we are having the carpets cleaned. They are coming at 9 am so I have to be awake - and alert and presentable - much earlier than normal. It'll be nice to have the carpets cleaned... it's the first time since we moved in!

Its as if my life is twisted reflection of Owen's. How so you may ask? Why because, I often willingly do 4 shots and look to get into some foreign bodies. Hiyo!
-The defect in this one is bleach.
